When will my order be shipped?

We process and ship orders on Monday through Friday. If we're running low on a particular product and it would effect your shipping time, we'll let you know on the product's page.

How much is shipping?

All domestic packages cost $7 per order. International orders cost $22 per order to Canada and Mexico and $30 per order to the rest of the world. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

U.S. domestic orders will arrive in about 5-10 business days. International orders should arrive within 3-4 weeks, depending on your location.

Can I track my package?

All domestic orders will receive a USPS tracking number, which will be sent to you by PayPal in an email when the order is shipped. Unfortunately, some international orders cannot be tracked. If available, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has shipped.

Can you re-route packages if I enter the wrong address?

Please double check your address during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any packages not delivered due to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Do you charge sales tax?

A 6.25% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas.

Do you accept international orders?

We ship worldwide. We’re always excited to send our work across the globe.

Will I have to pay import fees on my international order?

Depending on your country, you may be charged import fees upon receipt of your package. You will be responsible for paying any customs fees or duties.

Can you mark my shipment as a gift on the customs form?

No. We must identify package contents as merchandise. Legally, we cannot claim a commercial shipment as a gift.

What is your return policy?

Because we’re a small company, we aren’t able to accommodate non-defective returns. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to buy from our store.

When will you make a typographic map of my city?

Making these maps is a labor-intensive process. We have a list of major cities we’re hoping to produce. If you want, tell us what city you would like us to map using our suggestion box on the contact page.
