Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We process and ship orders on Monday through Friday. If we're running low on a particular product and it would affect your shipping time, we'll let you know on the product's page.

How much is shipping?

All packages cost $7 per order.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Orders will arrive in about 5-10 business days.

Can I track my package?

All orders will receive a USPS tracking number, which will be sent to you by PayPal in an email when the order is shipped.

Can you re-route packages if I enter the wrong address?

Please double check your address during checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any packages not delivered due to incorrect or outdated addresses.

Do you accept international orders?

We ship worldwide. To place an order for delivery to an address outside of the US, please visit our international store.
Please note: PayPal requires your shipping address to be in the same country as your PayPal billing address.

Payment & Policies

What is your return policy?

Because we’re a small company, we aren’t able to accommodate non-defective returns. However, if something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.

Do you charge sales tax?

A 6.25% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to buy from our store.

Anything Else?

When will you make a typographic map of my city?

Making these maps is a labor-intensive process. We have a list of major cities we’re hoping to produce. If you want, tell us what city you would like us to map using our suggestion box on the contact page.
